So, it looks like you need to be Level 100+ in order to access this tab, although there are people who meet that requirement but it doesn't show up for them (I'm level 150 but it doesn't show up for me).
It also looks like the only rewards are skill points, cash, influence, and 1 BP for the Diamond Mastery. No glam.

Bronze 100 influence and $100000
Silver I got 200 influence and $110000
Gold 300 influence and $120000
Platinum 400 influence and $130000
Diamond 2 skill points
OMG..influence!! Not something a hunter would like to do!! Though the skill points are of some use!!! :| I can't see it either!!
